Design's Copper Moon is sired by Moonlight By Design and out of The Crystal Slipper. Both feature some fantastic older bloodlines in their pedigrees, particularly Slipper.

"Copper" is a veritable goldmine for both his pony size genetics, as well as the uncommon names seen in his pedigree. With this cross we were striving for a foal with gait, disposition, and moderate size, and did he ever deliver!

Copper features a brilliant copper colored coat with a striking white blaze, and a moderate frame size making it oh-so-easy to mount. Well gaited, intelligent, calm, and quick to learn, he is just a crackerjack little horse and will make an outstanding trail mount. Copper leads, loads, stands tied, and has excellent manners.

Update: Copper has been sold to Quail Hollow Farms of Wills Point, Texas. Their plans are to develop him a trail horse. Congratulations to Ken and Val Delana on their purchase.
