| I purchased the most awesome little mare, Raven's Satin Slipper, from Mary at Deer Creek Walkers. She is just
14 hh, but she is a true little walking horse. I thought she would be too tall for my needs, but Mary told me she was 'petite' and
she is! She has an easygoing temperament and is sooo very affectionate. Hard to believe she was a 'brood mare' for her first
six years. She was incredibly easy to break . I rode her in a Play
Day 5 days after her first ride and my 9 yo
rode her on a 5 hour trail ride just
recently. His only complaint is that she is
too laid back, but in reality she was just
taking care of him. |

I
really cannot say enough about this little mare and meeting Mary and her family was so much fun! This was such a great experience, I wish all of my business deals were this pleasant! This is the
trainer on day 4 getting her used to her 'costume' for the Hawaiian
Play Day I rode her in. She never fussed at all about
anything we did to her.
